早幾日同個朋友慶祝生日,個朋友識咗好耐仲好幫,咁梗係要請佢食好野啦佢話想食日本料理咁當然搵間有特色啲,生日飯貴啲啲都值得 我哋都坐喺師傅面前,師傅好細心咁問我地有冇咩唔食,差唔多每一道菜我哋都睇住師傅炮製前菜有櫻花蝦團子、翡翠冬瓜同蛋黃蟹肉,翡翠冬瓜冰冰涼涼好清甜,櫻花蝦團子味都好香北海道紫海膽真係又甜又新鮮,食落口可以慢慢回味嗰種清甜,師傅仲準備咗啲紫菜俾我哋又唔同嘅食法我開頭以為係廣島蠔,師傅解釋俾我地聽呢隻原來係長井華蓮蠔師傅叫我地成隻原汁原味咁食,質感真係好豐富係感覺到啲肉好實,真係好少機會食到鮑魚加鮑魚肝醬味道都幾好食由於座係吧枱,我哋一邊食師傅一路好細心咁解釋俾我哋聽每一道菜應該點樣食同埋介紹產地,我哋好似深宵食堂咁同師傅一路傾計 一邊食飯,侍應都好勤力加茶,服務真係超一流睇住師傅係我地面前即場製作壽司,壽司仲要係好特別出面唔一定有得食,好似鱈魚片、沙蝶魚、地金目鯛、北寄貝、熊本縣的花竹蝦 同埋燒大toro壽司 每一件都好新鮮好好味,我最鍾意食就係大toro、地金目鯛仲有熊本縣嘅花竹蝦 仲有呢一款 鹽水海膽,師傅話佢嘅保質期非常短所以特別新鮮我哋兩個一食落口嗰種感覺仲甜過頭

餐生日飯去到呢度差唔多到尾聲,到甜品出場啦
糖水信玄餅好好食裏面仲有啲金箔,估唔到甜品都咁有特色同誠意 我同我朋友都好滿意服務有超級細心
