前日去咗一間位於跑馬地嘅法國餐廳,因為朋友介紹先識呢間新開嘅餐廳👀 我同男友都比佢個性價比超高嘅fine dining set吸引到😆 人均只需$680就可以品嘗到高級美味嘅食材,即刻為大家介紹一下☺️成個set total有6個course,首先以呢個湯打頭陣!一上到嚟,已經聞到勁香嘅菌味😌 texture偏杰身小小,但同時好creamy,仲有大大條羊肚菌,淨係個湯都好奢侈下🫣第二道菜令我非常驚喜!佢係由一個好薄好靚嘅手工酥皮包住一個相當厚肉嘅帶子,裡面仲有黑松露,即刻將鮮味提昇🤤 男友仲大讚佢個醬汁有淡淡嘅酒味,同成道菜非常之夾👍🏻再黎就係慢煮鮑魚,上到嚟我哋都嚇親,冇諗過隻鮑魚有成2/3隻手掌咁大😮 餐廳好貼心咁將鮑魚切成小片,方便食用!鮑魚煮得幾腍身,但又不乏嚼勁,配埋個肝醬,更顯鮮味,十分唔錯😋白花膠本來就係非常名貴嘅食材,而呢度嘅白花膠仲要咁大塊,真係落足本🤩 花膠煮得剛剛好,唔會太硬太腍,食落滿滿膠質🤤 面頭仲有魚子醬點綴!而我最鍾意係佢個醬汁,面頭係烤過嘅藜麥,脆脆哋,夾埋花膠一齊食口感勁豐富,推介!一飯三味,一道菜式可以試哂三種唔同味嘅risotto,啱晒我呢啲有選擇困
