To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺婚紗街附近遇到有間新開既日式卷物同Poke Bowel🍚菜式名稱都幾攪笑, 例如: 「帶子被困火焰山」「熱情赤富士」淨係睇D 名都FEEL到店主既心思💖🐟魚全部都係魚($79)  跟餐配沙律,有皮薯條,蜜瓜味汽水(套餐+$19)顧名思義! 當然呢個係全部都係魚既卷物啦材料有吞拿魚拖羅同赤身,仲有三文魚, 蟹子同脆脆賣相好吸引 , 卷物上面大大PAT吞拿魚蓉相當吸晴👀豐富既材料再加埋脆脆, 大大地增加卷物既口感🤩🐟吞拿魚兩味POWE BOWL($98) 跟餐配沙律,炸雞先生,可樂(套餐+$19)好鍾意POWE BOWL一碗有齊菜同肉轉菜底仲唔洗另外加錢呢, 好讚👍🏻炸雞先生好脆好JUICY, 配埋蜜糖芥末好好食🤤原來係即叫即整架, 唔怪得咁好食啦☺️
