To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說係優惠訂購平台訂咗四位7:45大閘蟹任食套餐順便慶祝朋友生日諗住早啲拎個蛋糕上去俾個驚喜朋友大約7:30上到去,見到都比較少樓面所以冇人接待,就問一問啲執枱嘅職員佢就叫我去收銀收銀附近有一個啱啱同完客人講嘢嘅黑衫呀姐(應該係職位比較高級)唔係執枱嗰啲我同佢講訂咗四位7:45想放低個蛋糕先佢就求其指左張枱俾我,叫我坐低先,我話未齊人轉頭再上嚟(因為我要扮冇上過黎落去同個朋友join 返 ) 等升降機嘅時候,[嗰個黑衫阿姐同我講話要收切餅費$100,我同佢講唔係喺度食](因為都任食諗住會食到好飽,所以冇諗住喺度食個蛋糕)[嗰個黑衫呀姐回覆返我:咁你擺喺度做咩啊?]???????第一日做樓面定係第一日做餐飲業啊???就算我未做過,去個食肆光顧幫客人keep蛋糕都好正常,不過我都好有禮貌咁回覆佢因為轉頭喺度食嘢蛋糕會溶,就去返join我個friend跟住我哋四個人上到去,佢問我哋喺邊度book,我答佢優惠訂購平台,佢話要掃code,跟住我就喺email嗰度搵,優惠訂購平台又要登入又要驗證,嗰度又要唔係好收到大概等咗1分鐘嗰個黑衫呀姐中間’接‘ 咗兩下 係發出唔耐煩‘接’一聲,格十幾秒再’接

不過算,今日嘅目標係慶祝生日同埋食蟹,我忍,發現年紀越大容忍度真係越高,差唔多就嚟冇底線。
講返啲蟹
四個人大概嗌咗20幾隻,全部都係乸,全部硬膏,都多膏,每人送一隻鮑魚,四個人一碟豆苗,稀過水嘅楊枝甘露任拎,點皮鴨都係,凍不過隻鴨都可以接受,同$99/1隻嗰啲差唔多
整體來講食完係唔飽不過係好滯,如果你真係想飽佢都有飯可以俾你任食😂
其實最好算係嗰度嘅執枱阿姐好勤力係咁幫你轉碟
