Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 才剛踏入農曆九月,便急不及待的與回港數週的好友相聚,品嚐大閘蟹之味。朋友在官網預訂座位,$498/位,可無限任食大閘蟹、北京片皮鴨、多款小菜主食及甜品。另外,每位可享一份特盛三式,三道菜包括鮑汁扣原隻鮑魚伴椎茸、金湯小米燴遼參及蟹粉扒豆苗。入座後,職員率先送上金湯小米燴遼參,小米湯幾有咬口,遼參只有少許碎粒,濃稠度恰好。大閘蟹備有備三種食法,清蒸、太雕蒸或油鹽焗,個人比較喜歡油鹽焗,多添一份鹹香。任食的大閘蟹為3兩半的蟹,蟹乸的膏未至於隻隻爆滿,但都算甘香,蟹肉不會霉。任食大閘蟹最怕出蟹出得慢,個人認為陶源的出蟹時間合理。同枱最快紀錄拆到10隻蟹,蟹肉裝滿一飯碗。每位限量單點一份的西班牙橡果黑毛豬叉燒是今餐的MVP,厚切叉燒,肥瘦均勻,燒得微微焦香,入口脂香豐腴!北京片皮鴨是任食的,於自助吧取,但都放涼不脆口了。鮑汁扣原隻鮑魚伴的是花菇而不是椎茸,花菇肥大肉厚又夠軟稔,鮑魚大隻入味,好吃。在官網訂座,每位額外送一件蟹粉鍋巴及一隻蟹粉小籠包,兩者都普普通通。甜品也是任食,大家最喜歡的是蕃薯糖水,薑湯底的辣度足。另外每人也要了一碗芒果布甸,布甸不是好柔軟那種,口感比較紮實,入口有許多芒果肉,甜度適中,配多多的花奶一起吃,尤其滋味!連同茶芥及加一,埋單每位大約$570。比起以前試過的大閘蟹放題,多付一百元左右,就有較舒適的用餐環境,又有黑毛豬叉燒及鮑魚,陶源的大閘蟹放題都算不錯了! continue reading

諗住開開心心同家人食蟹慶祝生日, 叫咗長腳蟹套餐,點知一坐低就話而家d蟹要加500, 已經有啲令人愕然, 套餐標價 1000都唔使, 嚟都就話要加500,諗住算啦,最緊要屋企人開心。但蒸咗蟹之後仲繼續掠水,又話一定要加個正價小菜, 擺明呃,已經有啲不滿,但諗住收得咁貴,啲食物應該ok啩。套餐有片皮鴨, 完全冇見過隻鴨, 只係拎幾片凍冰冰嘅鴨過嚟,味道真係大家樂啲燒鴨仲有鴨味。 不過因為肚餓,唯有食幾片果腹 。 之後嚟咗個什麼片皮鴨兩食,係幾片生菜同碟味道酸酸地怪怪哋嘅蔬菜炒肉粒(鴨?), 其實係咪真係肉粒都好難講。 好彩最後個蟹係正常。心諗終於可以慢慢享受下,但d呀姐不斷走過來收碟,係一分鐘十次的頻率,擺明趕客。最後個套餐double價錢落樓, 咁樣嘅價錢,咁樣嘅服務,咁樣嘅食物質素,以後想我留港消費都幾難,香港飲食業咪畀你哋玩殘曬囉。 continue reading

想趁大閘蟹季節未完之前快D嘆番轉放題先  見到評論初頭有點猶豫 點知朋友早排先食完話好食要encore多次就約左啦✌🏼朋友一早book左位 所以去到唔洗等就有得坐 佢地已經有一次經驗去到已經即刻落order等蟹 因為D蟹要預番少少時間呢個時間去左夾片皮鴨、小菜同點心黎食下! 個片皮鴨D皮都脆身 如果溫度再熱多少少就完美啦! 仲有遼參同蟹粉豆苗都唔錯! 最鍾意係鮑魚同叉燒 睇番落單紙原來係黑毛豬 唔怪得禁香口啦😁另外點左蟹粉小籠包黎試 真係好好食 好多湯汁 good good!等左唔夠20分鐘 終於等到主腳出場啦 有三種口味 清蒸、太雕、鹽焗👏🏼👏🏼食落幾鍾意太雕之後 趁未清碟又再叫多碟 前後都食左三轉都好飽 之但係甜品又係第二個胃 最後都食左紅棗糕同楊枝甘露 開心滿足歸家去~由於太肚餓同埋掛住食蟹+傾計 當晚好多都唔記得左影相😅唯有係咁以分享僅有既幾張啦~~ PS: 之前有人話佢地服務差 但果日去又唔覺wor  個姐姐見我地個碟堆滿蟹殼都主動過黎幫我地換左兩次碟👍🏼 continue reading
