To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同啲朋友一行10幾人一齊去呢間酒樓飲茶,我哋叫咗超過20碟點心,但係上菜比較慢,我哋差唔多要走嘅時候候都仲有啲點心未到,於是我哋唯有埋單,同埋想取消未到嘅點心。點知道負責收銀嘅姐姐姐唔信我哋,堅持話我哋食咗點心唔認數,懷疑我哋呃錢,唔通我哋食千幾蚊會為咗慳幾十蚊講大話?直至到見到經理同佢反映,收銀員先肯幫我哋取消,而且一句道歉都冇,我真係唔明白點解會有呢啲員工,我哋嚟食飯,唔係嚟受氣。真係要同陶源酒家嘅老闆講聲,希望你好好培訓吓酒樓嘅員工。 continue reading

同朋友book左食午市既2小時大閘蟹放題,1.坐低時已即時order左大閘蟹,預佢20-30分鐘會送黎,點知等左50幾分鐘都未有,再去催問先有。2.入座時冇比任何食大閘蟹既工具我地,到上左大閘蟹時依然冇人比食蟹工具同蟹醋我地,問黑衫酒樓職員拎,佢拎到黎既數量又唔夠我地用,再要求佢補返比我地酒樓職員就發脾氣話:冇啦,比得你就係得呢份! 因為冇工具食唔到,堅持同佢拗左陣先話等陣搵人拎比我地。最後係我地問左另一個望落正常少少既職員拎,佢就即刻搵人拎左比我地。3.因為第一輪既大閘蟹等左差唔多成個鐘先比到我地,導致我地夠鐘時仲有唔少蟹未食完。有個黑衫既中年男人職員黎收錢時就指住我地盤蟹,話:你地咁樣唔得囉,咁樣唔係食兩個鐘,而係食3個鐘!我解釋話因為你地第一轉蟹等左成個鐘先比到我地所以先咁,佢就燥底冇應走開左。最後我地超chur咁食埋剩低既蟹,亦都冇食3個鐘先走。4.每次同黑衫果個中年男人職員order小食,佢都會話等陣會送過黎比我地,但就一樣都冇送到過黎,中途催問佢都係一樣既回答,最後都係冇送到過黎。5.酒店冇提供工具(例如膠桶)比我地放食完既蟹殼,我地自己執左d空碟出黎放。有個紮髻肥肥地負責收碟既呀姐黎一野收左隻我地未放滿既碟,我地拉住左佢要求佢唔好收因為隻碟未放滿,佢都唔理死都要收,同埋唔肯比返隻新碟我地放殼。6.食野途中超多蟲仔圍住d野食飛黎飛去,無數隻飛飛下掂到d醬油碟同野食d醬就jam住/浸死左,我地全程一路撥走佢地同禁死佢地都係源源不絕有新既飛過黎。總結:呢間野d服務態度係想趕客,d蟹又唔係話超好食,服務態度極差,d職員又唔可以正常溝通,連基本既要都唔肯提供比客人,衛生狀況又差,想開心食大閘蟹千期唔好揀呢間,唔會再黎光顧。 continue reading
