由於之前好幾次搭車經過見到喺上水馬會道嘅「洪祖師擔仔麵」一直都好想嚟食,今日終於可以抽到時間嚟食個下午茶!我們叫咗紅燒牛肉麵嘅牛肉嘅肉質非常鬆軟腍身,牛肉味好香濃,麵質亦相當煙韌彈牙,至於湯底聽店員話係用他們嘅獨門秘方去餚製,味道係極之鮮甜同芳香濃郁,所以我們就飲到一滴都無淨,真係超正呀!豬腳三重奏嘅豬腳燜得好腍好入味,質感非常煙韌軟滑,而且係汆過水,所以完全無好油膩嘅感覺,至於肉質就好鬆軟,唔會「硬實實」,豬皮嘅質感相當煙韌彈牙,而且有好豐富嘅骨膠原,再夾埋舖底嘅椰菜一齊食,感覺好清新,一啲膩或滯嘅感覺都無,真係超正呀!不愧可以得到雜誌「最回味食府金奬」!珍珠奶茶嘅茶味好香濃,珍珠嘅質感亦好煙煙韌韌!青蘋果椰果嘅青蘋果味道好清甜芳香,而椰果嘅味道就比較甜!
