To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港又到回南天了,潮乎乎的好难受呀,这时候没有什么比一顿火锅让人感觉更棒啦! 以烟火气和高性价比闻名的长沙湾,有一个之前朋友推荐过好多次的本地人都去吃的打边炉【大煲皇小厨】,有20年的营业历史,可以说是真正的老字号了!老板是特别热情的local,一进门就跟我们招呼~ 他们家除了传统的边炉外,还有海鲜刺身,可以说是一种全新的体验啦! 🐮超高质牛肉 这个花纹真的绝了,不要说放题更有性价比,这个牛肉的口感和品质一等一的棒! 🥩花雕牛肉➕手切滑牛肉 牛味十足,吃起来特别爽口,而且肉质真的是无可挑剔!!! 🍲皮蛋香菜锅 作为香港火锅的代表之一,他们家的锅味道浓郁,吃起来有一股淡淡的香,而且口感也非常的滑嫩! 🐷猪颈肉➕猪肚➕猪皮 他们家的猪肉味道很鲜嫩,猪皮很劲道,猪肚的胡椒味也有淡淡的香! 🐏羊肉卷 一个字,嫩! 我们还点了他们的沙姜猪手和椒盐鸡软骨,也好好味! 超级强推!
