太子新填地街既三個鋪位, 以大排檔陳設,十分旺場既太子陵發打冷平時晚市好多人, 我地宵夜時段去先剛好有位一行8人點左鹵味併盤, 有墨魚,豬腩, 大腸,等,全部醃得好入味,尤其係大腸同豬腩肉鵝片,大塊得黎切得好薄,好香鹵水味,鵝肉比較煙UN蠔仔粥, D蠔好大隻,粥都幾鮮甜雞腳,呢味醃得好正,雞腳好大隻而且出面仲有豆豉同蒜蓉香烏頭,呢個一般冇乜黃油春菜豬肉,吾係個個啱食既潮州菜,出面有林林既憫春菜,入面有肥豬肉,口味比較重咸腐乳通菜,夠大碟菜夠新鮮韮菜豬紅, 豬紅吾易爛而質感比較彈牙 咬落爽口, 韮菜新鮮而吸哂入面微辣既醬汁, 好味煎蠔餅,聽講係師傅自創將傳統既鴨蛋換成一半既雞蛋煎成, 所以甘樣先煎到甘厚既蠔餅出黎,雖然厚但口怠酥脆不滯,且入面既蠔亦都非常大隻,蛋漿同蠔中間既茨亦厚度適中, 正!雖然佢個餐牌係冇價錢,我地叫埋單佢就自己喺度計, 但食物價錢真係幾平,而且十分好味!
