今晚我們去咗太子砵蘭街嘅「海記合桃坊甜品」食晚後甜品!我們叫咗腐竹鷄蛋糖水嘅腐竹煲到爛晒,味道好清甜!沙沙合桃糊係新鮮即磨,濃稠度啱啱好,質感極之幼滑,味道唔會過甜,「沙沙」嘅意思係炒香咗嘅合桃,整碎成粒粒舖面,令到口感同層次感更加提升,真係創意十足,不愧係鎮店招牌甜品!紫霞仙子嘅「紫」係香甜煙韌嘅芋頭雪糕糯米糍同紫米,加上兩粒生果肉同煙韌彈牙嘅小丸子,再淋上香滑嘅椰汁,感覺都幾特別!
