To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冇諗過我成為呢間小店嘅第一位留言客人。呢間舖頭喺IG店略有小名。家住大坑，成日經過呢間舖頭，一直都諗，呢間舖頭冇乜人，做唔做得起呢？而佢哋嘅蛋糕價錢都唔算特別平，要600至$800.1個。雖然暫時冇機會試佢嘅蛋糕，但係我試咗佢嘅手掣曲奇餅，女店主好好，每日係不同時段整曲奇餅，第一次買都係一種試吓嘅心態，買咗佢嘅朱古力棉花糖曲奇餅， $30 一塊，吃過最好吃最好吃，十分足料嘅曲奇餅。佢唔係傳統脆卜卜嘅曲奇餅，而係外邊少少軟身，入邊有流心嘅朱古力配搭煙煙銀銀嘅棉花糖，味道十分驚喜，咸甜交雜，一試難忘，再試停唔到口😂細問之下，原來佢哋做IG嘅生意居多，下次有機會想試試它們特色星球蛋糕！如果佢哋可以試吓做細細件嘅蛋糕，切件蛋糕，就好啦。
