12月開始才有一點點涼意,說好的秋天去了哪兒?難度「秋風起食臘味」這句說話已經不存在嗎 不久的將來會只有夏季嗎?趁宜家有啲凍就好把握時機食雞煲打邊爐啦。 打邊爐除左食材料之外,當然係食湯底啦。 約左成班都係無海鮮不歡啲朋友,當然唔會搵啲濃湯底,沙嗲或者麻辣都忍痛說byebye了。今次我們選了爆多紅棗同龍眼在鍋中既藥膳文昌醉雞鍋,雞肉好嫩滑 ,而且酒味好香濃。好好味。 招牌手切肥牛,這間的肥牛與九龍城的某牛肉檔的肥牛有得比。脂肪與肉質比例平均, 入口牛味好重。正。 桂花蚌是打邊鍋最愛食的海鮮之一,當然唔會少啦,好好味,好肥美 ,再放埋白鱔片同海星斑,令本身鮮甜既藥膳湯底更好味更鮮甜 。黑白墨魚丸,好大粒既丸,太大粒丸,食兩粒都幾乎可以KO你。都算彈牙既。味道都OK 。最後,當然要嘆一嘆個鮮湯底啦。味道一流。下次見 。
