To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前有嘢要去ikea買,所以就揾個男朋友同我去mega box ikea買嘢,之後揾下mega box有咩食,揾到呢間越南菜,所以就去食啦。我地揀左燒雞黃薑飯、菠蘿炒飯、炒蓮藕苗同一杯藍天使。佢個燒雞黃薑飯真係好吸引,一來我好鍾意食黃薑飯,二來佢啲黃薑飯係釀入雞裏面,所以黃薑飯除左黃薑味,仲有雞味同埋吸到雞油,令味道更上一層樓,真係超好味。而菠蘿炒飯同我想像中有出入,我想像係有原個菠蘿裝住,唔知係咪越式同泰式的分別,不過就一樣都好好味,好夠火喉,我最鍾意就係佢啲腰果,撈埋一齊食,更加好味。我就見到飲品有杯叫藍天使的,所以就叫來試試,原來佢係藍莓加椰奶,我見到想以為係越南咖啡,不過都照試,但我問過,無得走甜,所以杯嘢都幾甜。炒蓮藕苗就真係好特別,出面好少見,但原來味道都好正,係一個不錯的選擇。
