To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同埋一大班朋友食鷄煲打邊爐,知道旺角有間火水爐冰室火鍋唔錯即刻就Book 定位,因爲要等齊人收工,所以我地差不多9點先入座。餐廳裝修很懷舊!好有八九十年代的香港Feel~好有特色!今次我地叫左安格斯海鮮任食套餐!每人$258(任食)。店員送上炸魚蛋和炸燒賣小食,可以等我地食住先,跟住就上花膠湯雞煲(我地無叫麻辣,所以個湯係唔辣的),湯料的花膠十分足料,最少沒人都分分到一件,花膠嫩滑軟腍,加上雞件熬製成日湯味道十分濃郁!而且感受唔到味精的味道。我地每人飲左兩碗湯,重點係飲完覺得好補生,而且完全唔會覺得口渴。食完個雞煲店員就會收起,然後拎個新一鍋湯底等我地打邊爐,今次我地叫左沙爹湯底。沙爹湯底味道好濃烈,一放底個鍋我地已經感受到。海鮮拼盤:裏面材料多多,包括有有墨魚滑,蝦,蠔,脆鯇同鱔片。全部都好新鮮,其中蝦肉分量夠多又爽口彈牙。任食的火鍋配料除了炸魚皮,蔬菜,餃類之外,最重點係有安格斯牛任食!!!安格斯牛真係超正,肉質鬆軟不得止,牛味更是很重。食到最後餐廳居然仲會送雜果涼粉紅豆冰!!真係好滿足。因爲個花膠湯雞煲太正la~所以我一定會再去食。我地食到11點幾的時候已經無咩人,所以影到餐
