真心超抵$800,仲要有新鮮即劏本地花龍蝦。舊年過嚟食虎蝦都要$1380,所以就即刻book位過嚟食最早嗰輪。豆腐和栗,本茹水雲菜配松葉蟹、鮟鱇魚肝醬配鳕魚乾首先有三個前菜,水雲酸酸地、豆腐豆味濃郁、鮟鱇魚肝偏甜,三款唔同味,但都好好食。[刺身]白松露櫻花鯛魚薄切鯛魚片上面加咗松露油同埋淡雪鹽,完全唔似食緊刺身,好似食緊西餐咁樣。[壽司]深海池魚壽司,鰈魚壽司呢兩件壽司都好超班,比得上高質壽司店。深海池魚爽彈鮮甜、鰈魚經過火炙油香十足。自家製漬物都好有心思,每一款都好好食三文魚籽配北海道帆立貝用紫菜汁拌鮮香嘅牛油帶子,再加入三文魚籽,之前食過超好食,果然係本店嘅名菜。本地花龍蝦睇住佢新鮮剝殼,起咗啲龍蝦膏,再煎香啲龍蝦肉混合龍蝦膏蒜蓉一齊再炒。喺佢面前真係香到不得了。美國牛柳兩個人share可以試晒厚燒同埋薄燒,我覺得薄燒比較好食。鐵板炒飯呢個又係佢哋嘅手本名菜。將櫻花蝦炸到香脆,之後放返喺炒飯面。可以保持佢口感之餘,又夠蝦嘅香味。鐵板炒什菜炒芽菜最講火候,炒得啱啱好季節濃魚湯食完熱氣嘢飲返碗濃湯就最舒服。[甜品] 抹茶布甸抹茶味濃,但係又好滑
