今早我們去咗九龍維景酒店嘅「唐宮中餐廳」飲早茶!我們叫咗木耳珍菌浸時蔬今次嘅菇菌同菜嘅份量都比之前多咗!香茜皮蛋魚蓉腸嘅魚蓉唔係新鮮鯇魚肉,而係鯪魚肉,口感都幾特別!蠔皇叉燒包嘅包質都幾香滑鬆軟,叉燒嘅味道都幾香甜!翡翠蝦餃皇嘅餃皮都幾晶瑩煙韌,蝦肉好爽甜彈牙!芙蓉貴妃粿嘅賣相好似一個福袋仔咁,入面嘅餡料係用鷄蛋、蟹籽同蝦肉撈埋一齊打成膠,口感好爽滑彈牙!豉汁彩椒煎三寶係用三色椒做成,賣相好色彩繽紛,魚質嘅肉質好鮮味彈牙!豉油皇銀芽火鴨絲鮮魷絲炒麵炒得好乾身同鑊氣十足,材料亦相當豐富!龍皇金瓜海鮮泡飯嘅南瓜好香甜軟滑,再加埋海鮮,令到湯底味道好鮮甜!
