隔咗一段時間又要打邊爐啦❤️❤️(我人生真係唔可以冇咗邊爐😅😅)而今次就去咗粉嶺嘅聯和墟覓食呢間鋪頭叫做龍手工涮涮鍋——————————我哋嗌咗海鮮鍋(冬陰功)($298)、午餐肉($48)、手打四寶丸($98)、一份牛骨髓($58)、牛肚($78)、美國安格斯肥牛(小)($168)之後嗌咗兩罐汽水($12@1)同埋一支竹蔗茅根(小)($38)首先講咗個火鍋湯底先啦呢個海鮮鍋係我個朋友話想食嘅第一眼見到就覺得其實有啲貴🤔🤔但係都真係算足料嘅因為有四隻鮑魚係入面而且都好鮮甜同埋彈牙💛💛 之後仲有幾隻幾鮮甜嘅蝦同埋蜆肉同埋佢幾鍾意呢個酸酸甜甜嘅冬陰功(利申我自己對冬陰功湯冇咩喜好)我自己就覺得佢地側重比較酸多過係辣之後就係打邊爐配料其實我係第一次食牛骨髓🤔🤔(因為呢個係老闆娘推薦)真心好少見出面有得食牛骨髓我覺得佢係比較入口即化嗰種嗰口感其實都OK嘅⭐️⭐️但係我睇樣未必會知原來佢就係牛骨髓之後就係佢哋嘅招牌手打四寶丸你會食得出真係手打嘅因為粒粒都好彈牙🥰🥰牛肚味道都幾唔錯嘅配埋呢個又酸又辣嘅湯底好fresh而午餐肉都真係好厚👍👍應該有成罐午餐肉咁滯最後嚟嗰個亦都係我最期待嘅一碟就係cover嘅美

第一眼見到就覺得其實有啲貴🤔🤔
但係都真係算足料嘅因為有四隻鮑魚係入面

之後仲有幾隻幾鮮甜嘅蝦同埋蜆肉

最後嚟嗰個亦都係我最期待嘅一碟
就係cover嘅美國安格斯肥牛☺️☺️
呢個雖然好貴但係真係好值得要試吓❤️❤️
因為佢呢度嘅安格斯肥牛真係超高質
而且入口即溶超正
(不過唔係任食嘅邊爐真係唔係好抵)
最後講埋其實呢度要收火鍋醬料費用嘅
