一直都好鐘意食重慶火鍋,揾極都揾唔到好食嘅火鍋,冬天就正好打個邊爐。因為同行有朋友唔食辣,就叫左個鴛鴦鍋,一半重慶辣,一半牛骨湯。啲辣真係好正,我好耐冇食過咁過癮嘅辣鍋。首先黎左個雪耳糖水,好鬼正。再上食材:鮮黃喉,毛肚,鵝腸,牛肝,耗兒魚,嫩牛肉,肥牛,苕粉。啲食材非常新鮮,同平時喺出面食到嘅好大分別。尤其係條魚,好有鮮味。肥牛唔係平時出面任食火鍋嗰啲貨食,非常有牛味。最後上個糍粑,炸得剛剛好,一個字,正!值得一提係啲員工態度十分殷勤,主動會過黎問你有乜可以幫忙,加下水咁。依家好少餐廳可以做到咁,值得一讚。
