四月 生日飯局第二擊!今晚舊同事安排了私房菜,話聚首一堂,齊齊嘆美食。私房菜地點都幾方便,放咗工响紅隧口落車,沿天橋向歷史博物館,就在對面玫瑰堂旁邊,可以順便影幾張靚相。室內裝潢講究,吊燈加油畫,淡金色的餐墊,甚有氣派。餐具亦毫不馬虎人到齊,師傅才開始起菜,餸菜當然熱辣辣才好吃第一道菜是上湯大蝦,每人一隻蝦,好大隻每隻蝦都挑乾淨蝦腸蝦肉鮮甜爽彈,加埋上湯芡,味覺與口感都好滿足。蒜泥粉絲蒸元貝元貝亦係一人一隻,2隻白膏,2隻橙膏,揀選橙色,因為靚金銀蒜份量適中,蒜香不會太搶,又能提升食味,蒸煮時間剛剛好,元貝爽脆鮮甜又好味粉絲吸收埋元貝汁液精華。豉汁蒸蟶子每人有2隻蟶子,新鮮肥美又有膏,味道清甜口感爽爽XO醬三絲蔥爆海參鑊氣十足,海參夠入味,爽中帶腍,口感好正,平時不太愛吃海參,今次夾完又夾配京蔥等菜好好味避風塘炒蟹上枱時已經香氣四溢,椒香加上蒜香,令人食指大動奄仔蟹勝在肥美有膏剛剛好每人有一隻蟹鉗蟹肉味道鮮美,肉質結實,避風塘煮法微微香辣又惹味,好食到停不了酥炸生蠔好生蠔漲卜卜,又肥又大隻粉醬又薄又脆,味道香最重要係火喉掌握無得輸肉質爽身,口感柔滑濕潤蕃茄雜菌比目魚湯魚湯養顏又有營養,
