要搵個又坐得舒服, 又靜的餐廳, 近幾年喜歡去棉登徑, 見到呢間上岸, 好像好傳統的日本人開的居酒屋咁, 但事實,當然冇考究過啦, 裝修清新簡約,坐位不算太多,所以walk-in都要等喎,今次坐Bar枱, 感覺好特別, 係open kitchen, 望到廚師的所有工作, 好有趣, 也覺得佢地原來好忙, 又要準備成材, 見到刀功非常利害, 又要烹調, 又要將食物仔細放上碟上, 鋪得美輪美奐。先叫了士多啤梨帆立貝沙律 $108 , 好新穎的菜色, 好鮮艷的紅色士多啤梨,配上好以啫喱壯的酸汁, 好開胃, 帆立貝薄薄的, 好清涼, 重頭戲~刺身拼盤$480, 每次都不同, 當日最新鮮食刺身, 由廚師發辦, 炙燒竹籤魚, 好爽脆, 面層有點燒焦味, 未試過呢隻魚, 還有平時家常便飯成日見的紅衫魚, 原來刺身也份外鮮甜, 肉質彈牙,左口魚肝醬, 個魚肝醬好甘香,仲有吞拿魚腩同墨魚都好新鮮, 燒物,有燒白豚肉($90) , 好似五花腩咁, 燒得脆口,配埋沙律醬不會口感肥膩, 汁燒牛小排($110), 好入味, 牛的香味沒有被燒汁蓋過, 肉質好嫩滑, 另一小食, 燒青椒仔, 的的骰骰細細條, 一
