香港人出名鐘意食日本野,見到一間又一間日本料理過江龍黎香港開分店就知道!但有時唔想排隊同食咁貴,其實都有大把本地製作既日本料理水準唔差,今日就同大家推介誠意小店旭川。環境:話明係小店,座位一定會迫d,但唔介意上樓上閣樓既位會寬闊少少,一樣有電視睇。服務:呢度有個侍應姐姐好過癮,以前覺得佢係人地食到三分一就俾定甜品人地想催人食快d唔係咁好,但習慣左就覺得佢講野直腸直肚好搞笑,其實都係地道既感覺。衛生:衛生情況都還可以,就係既閣樓密不透風但都唔會積塵,係睇落殘舊d。味道:壽司飯方面,介推粒粒魚生飯,魚生多到舖滿晒d飯,每次食到暖底都仲有淨魚生,而且魚生一d都唔乎,多款又新鮮,唔食魚生可以試三文魚醬油漬飯,唔係以為得三文魚會好dry,三文魚份量多同埋有玉子,一定滿足!壽司方面推介火炙原粒帶子壽司同鰻魚壽司,絕對唔同連鎖壽司店薄薄一塊咁,食完成口油既肥呀,另外個火炙三文魚腩壽司都幾特別,上面一堆配料,食落口感又幾夾喎!抵食:老實講午餐係抵食過晚餐,但就算係晚餐,但呢個價錢有呢個質素,完全係唔輸俾d過江龍呀!

抵食:老實講午餐係抵食過晚餐,但就算係晚餐,但呢個價錢有呢個質素,完全係唔輸俾d過江龍呀!
