To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行開觀塘海濱，見到呢間玻璃屋，同友人叫咗1個dinner set 再加1個main dish，非常滿足😎😎-頭盤 🥗煙三文魚牛油果沙律🥗三文魚同牛油果嘅份量非常充足，有大約半隻牛油果咁多！配埋啲沙律醋酸酸地，非常開胃，為等陣做好準備😋😋-主菜 🐥原隻焗春雞🐥焗春雞醬汁調得非常香，上枱時熱氣騰騰，非常吸引😍😍火候控制得非常好，一切開啲肉汁流晒出嚟，而且肉質非常嫩，同啲醬汁非常夾！🤩-主菜 🐟焗雪魚柳配香茅椰子汁🥥焗雪魚柳真係surprise到我！魚柳十分香滑多汁，一啲都唔dry🐟香茅椰子汁令到個魚香味更加突出☺️☺️而餐廳一啲都唔慳皮，魚柳十分厚肉，好滿足😆😆值得一提嘅係，隨碟附上嘅薯餅都好好味，餐廳唔會因為佢係配菜而做得馬虎🤓用豆角蘿蔔等製成，粒粒分明，好有咬口😚😚-飲品 🥤水果茶/橙汁🥤兩款飲品飲落好清新，唔會有種死甜嘅感覺，價錢同其他餐廳相近，但味道更好🤓👍🏻
