今晚食「和匠日式燒肉店」位於佐敦,有不同的燒肉叫,友人同我都心大心細選了好久。「日本安曇野豆腐沙律(胡麻醬)」先上,可以開胃一下,豆腐的豆味好濃烈,加上新鮮的沙律菜,好好食。「$660的燒肉拼盤」有日本國產 A4 和牛肉眼,美國 Prime 牛小排和美國 Prime 牛角切!店員好貼心幫我地燒好,又教怎樣才可以燒得好食!最喜愛是A4和牛,入口即溶!「日本國產帆立具(黑松露蒜蓉牛油燒) 」$96有2大隻,店員說要燒10分鐘,中間反一反就食得!蒜蓉好香口,加上牛油少少咸香!「牛肉稻庭手打烏冬」$80想不到也有驚喜,豬肉湯味濃濃,烏冬好彈牙。牛肉也用上了上等的牛肉片,一口接一口好快食完。最後再來杯mango mocktail$28,清一清口,好滿足呀!
