To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友外國返嚟,想坐得舒舒服服慢慢傾偈,所以就諗酒樓,得知呢度有一個幾有噱頭嘅和牛鮑魚餐,我哋就去試吓啦。$588 一位,但嘢食有好多,菜式逐碟上,比你哋慢慢傾偈,熱辣辣咁端上,唔錯😉堂煎和牛:雖然係四安士,但係份量都好多,如果你冇特別講佢就唔會全熟,比較Juicy的做法,和牛質地淋身易入口。六頭鮑魚拌百靈菇:夠份量的鮑魚夠鮮味鮮甜,鮑汁燴百靈菇令菇本身索哂啲味!上湯大虎蝦(配天使麵):新鮮大虎蝦本身已好鮮味,另外配上炸咗嘅天使麵,有fusion嘅感覺。玉乳杉斑球:新鮮斑球,沒有腥味,另外配埋勁滑口既蛋白同露荀,一流呀👍🏼濃湯遼參翅:燉咗多個鐘頭嘅濃湯,配上具有極高營養價值既遼參,成個湯昇華了。鮮拆蟹粉荳苗:蟹粉同豆苗係絕配,份量足夠,蟹粉好鮮🦀️可可鴛鴦包:朱古力味嘅奶皇包,唔會好甜,麵粉好滑身。養顏棗皇糕:養顏之選,唔會好甜,亦有龍龍嘅紅棗味。蛋白杏仁茶:新鮮即磨嘅杏仁茶作一個完美句號。
