Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日突然好想吃燒肉,於是馬上約了朋友去尖沙咀的牛角食燒肉。食物的種類很多,有貴有平,任君選擇。我們兩個女生胃口不大,只點了一個野菜五品盛合、一個燒肉六品盛合及一個牛角飯分享。燒肉六品盛合是我每次到牛角必點的拼盤,有牛舌、牛肋肉、腹胸肉、雞腿肉、豬頸肉、豚肉燒,每樣有4塊。我最愛的是油脂滿滿的豚肉燒,燒到兩面都金黃微焦,吃下去肥而不膩,十分香口。牛舌及牛肋肉也牛味十足,非常好吃。雖然看上去不多,但兩個女生吃卻是夠了,再多就會有點膩。除了肉,也點了個野菜五品盛合,有雞腿菇、粟米、秋葵、薯仔及洋蔥。感覺這次的粟米沒有以前的甜,薯仔也很一般,但菇及秋葵跟以前一樣好吃,而我最愛的洋蔥還是一如既往的甜,超級好吃😋牛角必點的牛角飯也點了一個來share,不知為何,牛角飯雖然只有紫菜、芝麻、飯及醬汁,但是超級好味,令人欲罷不能。最後兩個女生都吃得八九成飽離開,每人埋單才200左右,超值!

除了肉,也點了個野菜五品盛合,有雞腿菇、粟米、秋葵、薯仔及洋蔥。

感覺這次的粟米沒有以前的甜,薯仔也很一般,但菇及秋葵跟以前一樣好吃,而我最愛的洋蔥還是一如既往的甜,超級好吃😋
