旺角有間主打食花膠雞湯火鍋,所以專登去試一試。入面座位好寛,坐得都好舒服。專登黎食花膠雞湯,所以湯底唔使諗,就叫呢款啦。原來花膠同雞湯係分別上枱,可以睇到d花膠幾足料,花膠勁大碟同勁厚,而個雞湯嘅顏色係黃色,睇得出雞嘅精華已經煲晒出黎,未打邊爐前飲咗湯先,個湯好濃郁,好重雞味,非常滋補,再食d雞,仲保持嫩滑,淨係飲湯,食花膠同雞,都已經飽咗一半。薑汁皮蛋貢丸,原來貢丸入面有涵,有皮蛋蓉同好重薑味,咬落去有爆汁嘅感覺。金牌牛丸,牛丸彈牙爽口。牛栢葉,一碟份量都幾多,抵食。鮮魚卜,呢款好少火鍋店食到,個個魚卜都大大個,完全冇腥味。蟹粉蝦餃皇,呢款餃非常大隻,唔怪之得叫餃皇,一咬落去d蟹粉嘅油即刻爆出黎,入面都好足料,隻蝦勁大隻,非常爽口。水魷,條魷魚酥大大條,爽口彈牙。炸魚皮,呢度炸魚皮嘅質地好薄,所以咬落去特別酥脆,浸湯吸收晒d雞湯精華,勁正。原來一蚊花膠雞火鍋,一至日全日都供應,只要4人同行,就有呢個優惠,非常抵。
