To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

年初四，一家五口想去食buffet, 誰知会中伏！虽然說有credit card $540一位有65折优惠，满是欢喜去，失望回来！沙律新鲜度还可接受，那个虫草花花旗参燉湯苦得出奇，寿司、長腳蟹不甚新鲜，羊扒更是失望，完全没什么味道可言；加开雪山蛋羔，但只限一个派完即無！楊枝甘露得名，材料稀得有点可怜，BBQ还算見得人，不知是否太多order, 越烧越難食！食物没了，茶没了，竟没人去添加，那杯所謂送的橙汁，走之前还未見踪影。一份錢一份貨，真是没錯！
