有時放工未啊好肚餓,喺香港唔使特登搵都會有茶室同埋佢哋嘅特餐,通常都會一個沙嗲牛肉麵再加個多士唔會令到你好飽但係足夠係你口痕嘅時間幫你頂一頂引。喺北角附近行吓行吓見到呢一間茶室,老板問識唔識下新鮮蕃茄濃郁湯底嘅通粉,老闆仲話鮮茄湯底仲有牛腩粒係絕配,聽落真係好似幾吸引,靶心一就試吓係咪真係佢講咁好食。如果以茶室來講而家茶室坐嘅空間的確係非常之寬闊,唔似老牌嘅冰室要四個人迫埋一張枱第高啲隻手就會撞到人,上菜時間都好快大概就10分鐘左右老闆話新鮮蕃茄湯底就要等一下。佢真係冇呃我一想到枱果下個番茄湯底果種香味真係好濃郁,濃郁多直頭係攻鼻嗰種,匙羹不落去食個湯底番茄粒多到爆,個湯底好濃郁個質感好似係忌廉嗰種質地,食落去好重番茄味基本上你每一啖都會有番茄粒,佢哋嘅牛腩切粒令到你每一啖都會有番茄粒同牛腩粒,番茄同牛本身已經好夾再加上牛肉嘅口感,絕對唔會係普通茶餐廳嗰種Hea做罐頭蕃茄膏開水可以做得到嘅味道。呢個特餐同平時一樣都係有多士同埋雙蛋,要講一講佢哋個多士同平日我哋食開嘅有啲唔同,呢個多士比較上實心,食落去覺得佢哋處理方面應該係有浸過蛋漿,我覺得一個特餐已經係去到超班嘅水準即唔係平時嗰種簡單
