早幾年已聽聞牛下的著名小炒新匯聚餐廳小廚搬到成業街,之前已經嘗過晚飯,都真係有水準。聽聞佢又開了打冷店-新匯聚打冷小廚,響前多幾個鋪位,於是又去試下。點了蠔餅$70,我很愛吃的,一上枱,很驚訝,超巨型,好大份,外皮非常酥脆,蠔仔大大粒,都有好多隻,漿粉比例剛好,香脆。黃金脆肉瓜$80包滿咸蛋黃,好香口,咸香味足,平時黃金蝦食得多,配上瓜類,冇咁有罪惡感。招牌清湯牛筋腩$110,湯底加了胡椒,好夾濃郁的牛肉湯味,而且好大碟,好多牛筋,牛腩都好稔,成煲湯飲晒。豉油皇乾炒牛河$70(少油),這是個套餐,包埋杯飲品,杯凍檸茶啲茶香味濃,濃到好似飲緊紙包飲品果隻味,牛肉有肉味,牛肉份量都多,炒河夠乾爽,叫了少油真係做到,好難得唔膩口。每枱還送上甜品,有杞子桂花糕。碟碟有鑊氣,份量又大碟,好抵食,店員服務都好好。
