唔知大家對一間食店的服務會value幾多,我自己一向係注重食物質素多過服務的人,但當你遇到的服務係差到你從來都冇Openrice account都要特登開個account上來寫食評,就知道服務質素同自由民主一樣,有果陣你唔覺,冇果陣你簡直嬲到窒息。中午時分,排隊約15分鐘,坐低即落單,拉麵好快到,但定食等左好耐都未到,於是去催,個阿姐將本來我地ge餐俾左另一桌。等左35分鐘,已經到1:45分,離2點返工時間只有15分鐘,隔離都有好幾桌仲未有餐,怨聲四起,我地決定cancel個定食order,個阿姐仲大火過我:「甘你算點吖,我地已經開始煮啦!」又過左一陣,個阿姐捧住個等左足足40分鐘ge餐行埋來串我:「甘你食定唔食吖?!」埋單時一睇張單,落錯單兼收多錢,好彩有同事發現我地根本冇order「超級地獄拉麵」,先發覺張單係錯的。其實張單冇錯,「超級地獄」係俾呢間店的服務!食物質素方面,定食鹹到死,拉麵一般,以90-100蚊的價錢,豚王都已經食到。如果各位食客唔介意倒過來服務番D阿姐,貴公司lunch hour又成3個鐘,都可以一去,埋單記得check單。I feel very sorry fo

I feel very sorry for the restaurant owner for that you really need to learn some Cantonese or have a trustworthy person to help you understand how customers comment on your service and how the hell-like attitude of your staff piss everybody off. It cost us 90 – 100 HKD for the food that is only average and 40 minutes to wait for our food from being ordered to being delivered simply because your staff was exceptionally inefficient and messed up the orders. And I really “appreciate” that your staff had the gut to blame us customers with words like “eat it or leave it”. I had such an HORRIBLE experience in your restaurant and this will eventually ruin your business.
