To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來母親節食自助餐,想屋企人開心下,點知我28/4致電book位,但一直沒有餐廳同事致電確認訂位,直至9/5晚致電問,先有另一位同事話要落訂,但我話一直沒有收到通知,咁好啦,我在10/5過數落訂啦,到11/5他們竟然安排了走廊位置給我,上面冷氣位還要滴水。當家人與經理說我們坐的位置滴水,經理還裝出一副愛理不理嘅樣,還不即時處理,過了十五至二十分鐘後,先話幫我地換位,實太過份。為什麼他們的同事出了錯,沒有幫我們處理好訂位事宜,我沒想過差不多兩星期前訂位都要坐走廊位,還向我說同事一早與你說了是走廊位置,我真的沒有聽他説過,如果我知道是走廊位置,我就不會訂,這樣的服務態度真的太差! 6個人吃了二千幾,真係食到一肚火😡
