To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時好少過嚟藍田，因為探朋友過咗嚟，地鐵站一上商場就見到呢間鋪，見menu都幾多選擇，就坐低試吓。由喇沙、肉燥飯到車仔麵，都有得食。我哋叫咗兩個米粉同甜品。肥牛炒新竹米粉$49落單大概5分鐘、食物就陸續送上，炒米粉新鮮熱辣辣啱啱炒好，肥牛都幾多、仲有椰菜同洋蔥、米粉用上新竹米粉，有咬口唔會太諗，米粉索左啲汁唔算太咸，小朋友都啱食。花生炆豬手新竹米粉（撈）$58豬手超級軟諗入晒味，好好食，配個撈米粉感覺啱啱好。加配珍珠奶茶🧋天造$48Menu見到甜品都幾吸引，呢個叫做「天造」嘅甜品有烤地瓜、珍珠、芋圓、紅豆、牛奶冰沙底。睇相以為係粒粒紅豆🫘，原來係紅豆泥，配合埋牛奶冰沙好好食，芋圓都有好多粒，成個甜品都好足料，絕對對得起個價錢。
