To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次入去堂食,個職員(應該係經理)由招呼、落單、上菜,感覺冇麥禮貌叫左個肉燥飯,個碗都算係正常,但難食,肉燥好鞋、d飯有部分好似糊咁,個下好反胃🤢最大獲係個糖醋排骨飯$69,當佢拎左來,真心個下O左嘴,用個膠碟,用d好核突ge碗(工廠大廈頹飯碗)裝住碗白飯、一個裝住白烚粟米、另一個碗仔裝住幾舊仔好多汁ge排骨、黑麻麻,未食見到咁ge擺碟已經好反胃🤮真係未試過咁差ge感覺!好後悔入左去,感覺係就快要執笠,完全冇心經營,咁ge野食真係好意思拎出來比客食?
