To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前幾天見到有人分享，囉囉攣左幾日，今日去叫咗個牛三寶，有齊坑腩，爽腩同埋崩沙腩，可以一次過試晒佢三種招牌嘢。一送到黎，已經俾佢香味吸引左，即刻試咗一啖湯，簡直係不得之了👍🏾久違了的藥膳味道，（藥膳跟藥材味是不一樣的😂）佢啲牛腩真係各有特色，三樣都好好，夠淋又夠牛味，真係揀邊一樣都唔會錯。順帶一提嘅係佢個蘿蔔都好好食😋食完啲牛腩之後我將餘下嘅所有湯一飲而盡，正。呢間舖頭嘅店員大部份都好親切同埋有禮貌，抵讚👍🏾同同區其他清湯腩嘅立刻比下去。ps 飲完湯到而家幾個鐘頭後嘅我都唔覺得口渴👍🏾呢排因為戒緊澱粉質，下次一定要試吓佢啲麵同埋炸魚皮。。💎回頭指數：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟（清湯腩之首選）💰性價比： 💸💸💸💸（比普通嘅價錢略高，不過絕對值）（5粒 🌟💸👎🏾 為最高）
