To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自己特別喜歡吃脆肉鯇魚，看到譚仔雲南米線有很特別的木瓜魚湯脆肉鯇米線必定要一試。進來環境裝修不錯，服務也很好。原來那些服務員帶有鄉音的廣東話已經成為店舖的象徵。點了木瓜魚湯脆肉鯇米線加兩小辣，再加雞肉和魚片頭共57元。價錢和南記差不多。吃之前一定要先試魚湯，確實十分驚喜。木瓜魚湯十分清甜，加一點點辣吊出魚湯的味道更加驚艶。不過脆肉鯇稍然不夠脆，並不是最好級別的脆肉鯇。雞肉實在切得太碎更加不好吃建議不用點。反而魚片頭口感有點驚喜。整體來說有好也有需要改善的地方。
