To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐經過,見到是日午餐都幾吸引,就叫咗懷舊經典鴛鴦焗飯(粟米蘑菇蝦球同埋茄茸雞柳)外賣自取八折,明明個餐$60 ,但係張單又打$62原來外賣餐具係要加$2 😅😅同埋如果想享受外賣自取八折,就要比現金。外賣自取其實都幾方便,而且喺公司食飯感覺上都安心啲,不過等餐嘅時間就耐少少,冇辦法啦,焗飯係需要少少耐性😊😊佢個焗飯係超級好食,粟米蘑菇蝦球果一邊,係有好多芝士! 而且佢啲菇嘅份量都算多,好爽滑👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 最重要係鴛鴦焗飯,兩邊嘅味道都唔會太鹹,所以食起上嚟唔會覺得好膩。 個炒飯底都做得幾好,不過啲汁略嫌太多,本身都覺得啲飯好似太少,但係食晒其實都超級飽😁😁😄另外佢哋嘅咖啡都有驚喜,好香濃,比我平時較多幫襯嘅冰室更加好飲。 唔需要落糖,好正👍🏼👍🏼等我下次經過睇吓是日午餐有冇鴛鴦焗飯,一定會再食🔥🔥🔥🔥
