To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. We chose the traditional spicy chicken hotpot base, which was both spicy and flavorful, with plenty of chicken pieces. A must-order!


All the vegetables and meats are self-service from the fridge, with a wide variety of options! The fatty beef slices are particularly delicious, along with various mushrooms, seaweed knots, and more, perfect for pairing with the spicy soup base!


Another pleasant surprise was the extensive selection of beverages, including different types of juices, teas, and unlimited beer 🍺!


💬 This hotpot meal offers superb value for money. Besides their noodles, I highly recommend trying their hotpot next time you visit! 💕
