To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個真心抵食，晚餐都係$80一個人，已經係三種肉嘅拼盤。三種肉都好正，牛肉係五花，豬肉係豬頸肉，雞肉係比雞俾肉。三種肉都冇雪藏味，即係話處理得好好，有少少調味，但唔會醃過龍。我加咗隻生雞蛋撈飯，好食到冇朋友。有五六款醬汁任你㗎，我自己最鍾意就係蒜蓉醬油汁，芝麻醬有少少酸味配肉好正。除咗超級抵食，仲有一點不得不提，就係全店嘅抽氣通風真係一流，唔會好似平時咁食完烤肉成身煙味連啲衫都係，呢度真係一啲咩都冇，食完乾乾淨淨。一定要再嚟！
