To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大家有無食過呢間車仔面叫小排檔,係林記左手邊隔離幾個鋪位,間鋪好誇張,老闆好nice,我都係有時收工經過去食,食過幾次,個老闆已經認得我,咁啱尋日撞正佢地收鋪時間,話晤留隔夜飯,筆晒全部飯俾埋我,成碗勁大碗勁多痴線,跟住再送埋半塊厚煎午餐肉俾我,真係多到可以分兩餐食。。都仲夠飽,依家疫情下,好多餐廳都頂唔住執晒笠,佢地仲可以咁樣做,真係好配合到佢地鋪頭話懷舊,即刻覺得好有以前街坊街里人情味呢樣野。
