好耐冇出去食好西啦,係時候氹下自己啦。喺黑布街附近其實收埋好附小店都令人有驚喜,今晚就想食下日本嘢,見佢個門面好大,又幾靚,一於試試佢。一嚟叫左個燒牛舌芯先,真係超好食,厚切但中間好嫩,好juicy。簡簡單單配左4款調味俾你揀,全部都係可以更加吊出牛肉嘅鮮味,超推薦。然後就食左個蓬鬆玉子,我一開始以為係玉子燒。但切開就知道原來係滑蛋,佢用左日本蛋做,所以好香蛋味,唔錯。然後就叫左個申子新捲。好特別嘅係佢中間包嘅係炸魚皮,超級脆卜卜,好好味好特別。面頭嘅吞拿魚,海膽同魚子,好鮮,口感好豐富,呢個都係超推薦。然後叫左個鍋物係廣島蠔鍋,嚟到估鍋都幾精緻。但估唔到佢鍋仔細細,入面有6隻咁大嘅廣島蠔,肥嘟嘟脹卜卜,唔錯架。而佢個湯係乳白色,原本應該好鮮甜,但係佢呢個調味比較偏甜,如果可以以咸鮮為主會更好。最後叫左個烤甜薯做甜品,超級好味,個蕃薯本身甜,再加埋面頭脆卜卜嘅焦甜,超級好味,又係極推薦。呢度唔係特別平,但係質素有保證,有佢嘅性價比喺度,唔錯。
