To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

跑馬地呢個地方，一聽落去就係賽馬，或者就係非富則貴嘅人住個地方，咁係食野方面就更加唔洗講，去跑馬地食飯都多數係貴！但友人介紹咗我食呢間，唔單止好食，仲要價錢我覺得我以接受。可能我屬於港島人，覺得餐廳唔難搵。第一道菜係冷盤，鎮江肴肉，肥肉個部份咬入口唔會覺得好肥(利)，而瘦肉個部位都唔會好硬好難咬，反而覺得好霖。第二道菜係我最愛個回窩肉，想知一間上海菜成唔成功，試個回窩肉就知，果然不負眾望！然後雲吞雞，個湯比較咸，可能比較足料，有金華火煺，如果冇咁咸就好。炒飯炒到一粒粒，正！
