To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日返工lunch搵嘢食次次都要諗爆頭🤧💆🏼‍♀️，放假就輕輕鬆鬆搵啲風味野食下啦，樓下商場開咗好多間格仔小食鋪位，見到呢間門面有個得意公仔就嚟買個takeaway！🚶🏼‍♀️🚶🏼‍♀️-檳城福建蝦麵（$49）用左油麵，材料有半隻蛋🥚、豆芽、豆角、豆POK、細蝦球🍤、魚蛋片同埋腩肉，濃濃微辣嘅蝦米湯底，正，碗麵份量好多，小女子都食唔晒呀！😅🍜🤰🏼-馳名檳城亞參叻沙米線（$48）有兩塊菠蘿、生菜絲、細蝦球🍤、魚蛋、魚蛋片、洋蔥、半隻蛋，配合埋米線，叫得叻沙就一定係辣㗎啦🌶，亞參呢個名詞就代表左有酸味。辣辣食辣辣🌶，好惹味啊！有我最鍾意嘅辣味，配埋紅色的辣湯底真係好完美啊。🍲🤝
