Restaurant: Eight Treasures

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過天后想食翻碗中式湯麵，居然比我發現一間要喺門口排隊等入去嘅麵鋪。下午時間，天暑炎熱，三十幾度高溫，居然有1X人係門外排隊，好奇望下原來係賣牛腩麵。排隊個陣，門口已經張貼左「崩沙腩、坑腩已沽清」。店員話，早上11點開始供應，當日下午未夠2點已經估清，無崩沙腩食真係有啲失望，於是叫咗碗牛腩麵果然無排錯隊，牛腩夠淋夠入味、份量不少，仲有個湯底超讚，第一次食牛腩麵係配藥膳湯底，個湯底有些肉骨茶香味，食晒碗牛腩麵，成碗湯底飲埋
