To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又系老人家生日飯慶祝日子，老人家一定喜歡傳統粤菜，於是選了銅鑼灣廣場二期的太湖海鮮城晚飯。這裡地方不算太，全店客滿，好彩枱與枱之間距離寬敬。我們點了12人套餐＄3580，份量十分大，而且味道也比想像中出色星，有驚喜。老人家喜歡翅，所以吃了花膠蟹黃翅，食落有蟹膏味甘香，花膠和翅亦爽口，加小許浙醋更能升華翅的味道，整體幾特別！上湯龍蝦伊面是用加拿大龍蝦，原來加拿大龍蝦也多肉及鮮味，不錯的選擇，伊面剛好吸收了上湯和龍蝦鮮味，令人食指大動。原隻鮑魚花膠扣玉掌，共12隻鵝掌併花膠和胞魚，睇頭十足，鵝掌夠腍且入味。龍躉兩味魚的味道十分鮮甜，蒸龍躉用芋頭和臘腸作配菜，味道很夾，且芋頭系粉芋。金獎芝麻鹽焗雞，外皮脆多芝麻，雞嫩。甜品系芝麻球和蛋條，但話說芝麻球一早被其他客人掃空了！蛋條系古法中式甜品，很久沒吃過，非常鬆化，蛋香味濃，加上糖醬，令人吃過不停😋。服務員不停換碟和與客人互動食物質數，整個晚餐大家都浸醉系歡樂笑聲中渡過，我們還已經把這裡放入新年飯選址名單中💃。P.s. 加讃系這類的菜式少鹽少油，令客人吃得很舒服和比較健康🫶🏻
