To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

米線黎講三哥真係做得幾出色最鐘意三哥有好多唔同combination ，而且佢個湯底真係好飲😂尤其麻辣湯底好香，夠香夠麻味。有啲麻辣湯底唔夠麻或者唔夠辣，但三哥個湯底balance 得好好。個米線掛曬個湯汁，食入口啖啖麻辣味。💕最鐘意叫雞肉竹笙米線，雞肉有啲就大大舊、有啲就細細粒（好似餸頭餸尾咁😕）雞肉入口好滑，有少少雞味。竹笙就係街好少有得叫，所以次次黎食都會叫😋依間三哥既重點一定係個無敵大海景，食住呢個平價嘅米線都可以享受到呢個view ，真係正呀🤩🤩
