To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日又去左荃灣行街搵食,又左坐得舒服既歌德餐廳食飯。歌德最正既係卡位好坐,餐牌有中式同西式。見到餐牌最少有三至四樣想點既。點了蘿蔔牛腩煲$51 及 牛排肉醬意粉 $46。蘿蔔牛腩煲 莞茜好香,蘿蔔無渣,牛腩好淋,無野可以挑剔,如果硬要挑既話,就係少汁了一點,最讚係個煲超熱,將飯倒落個煲變牛腩煲仔飯,一流。牛排肉醬意粉,牛排細細,兩三片,有點小同少。不過整體都係好食既。繼續西湯羅宋湯,因為跟牛角包,辣辣地幾好味。
