呢間cream buff 我bookmark咗好耐,今日路過尖沙咀就買黎試一試•ᴗ• Creme brûlée $40•ᴗ• Hochicha Almond $48•ᴗ• Tirami-Choux泡芙外觀好靚,非常打卡able📸泡芙口感脆皮外酥內軟、裡面嘅cream都好豐富,會有一層原味cream同一層creme brulee/hochicha/咖啡油味嘅cream。原味cream好soft,但各口味嘅cream都太甜。加上泡芙外皮有一層脆皮糖,泡芙的麵糊和cream都被加入過多嘅糖導致太甜了,雖然佢嘅cream好順滑,但糖蓋過咗cream原本的味道。食得出creme brulee/hochicha cream嘅材料都足/有質素,只係過於甜。Tirami Choux cream有嘅咖啡苦味加上面層加左鹹味的芝士奶蓋作調和,相對無咁甜,比較令人接受。

泡芙口感脆皮外酥內軟、裡面嘅cream都好豐富,會有一層原味cream同一層creme brulee/hochicha/咖啡油味嘅cream。
