今天我和同事佢哋約咗一齊去打邊爐慶祝完咗大Project💼哩個餐廳主打任食,先食個枝竹雙冬羊腩煲,再食個麻辣雞煲,最後食個勁多食材選題嘅邊爐🫕先講下打邊爐揀咗蕃茄薯仔湯底,而配料十分豪華: 有新鮮嘅腐竹,好大片,食落好軟👍🏻再叫咗我最愛嘅墨魚丸、貢丸🫶🏻每粒都好大粒,帶著微微的彈性,搭配蕃茄湯底,味道更加鮮美。海鮮款式多,全部都係任食,貴妃蚌同生蝦都唔錯,超鮮甜又肥嘟嘟,仲有淡淡嘅海水味,食咗好多隻😻再追加安格斯牛頸背,好薄又大片,肥瘦適中🥳整個打邊爐過程中,湯汁愈熬愈濃郁,讓人越吃越過癮!💯枝竹雙冬羊腩煲令我好難忘,份量超多👅呢道枝竹雙冬羊腩煲真係夠晒惹味😋,羊腩炆得入味👍🏻,肉質爽滑之餘,仲帶有少少嚼勁,啖啖肉食落去實在過癮。湯底濃郁香濃🍲,枝竹嘅香味伴隨住蘿白同冬菇嘅清甜,啖啖都食到唔同料嘅層次感🥢。仲有啲辣椒🌶️同蔥花🌱係度提鮮,一啖湯飲落去暖笠笠,真係啱晒而家嘅天氣🌬️。份量足夠,幾個人一齊食都唔怕唔夠👯‍♀️,如果幫襯嘅朋友鍾意炆啲滾熱嘅菜式,呢個絕對係一個唔錯嘅選擇。食落仲會有種滿足感,食到暖笠笠嘅❤️️,加上環境都唔錯😊,真係可以話係一個好過癮,又可以溫暖心寒嘅好菜式。下次有機會
