To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元気寿司 • 奧海城二期分店-一向勁鍾意食壽司同刺身既我經常去發掘高質日本壽司店因為生日就同屋企人去左食元気雖然唔係最頂尖既壽司餐廳但啱曬我呢啲平民去食唔會太貴但又有一定既質素😁入正題！嗰日好瘋狂食左超級多😂 餐牌上大部分既食物都有叫到～食左三文魚刺身、壽司同手卷仲有三文魚籽、鰻魚、蝦、左口魚邊、帶子、烏貝、油甘魚刺身、吞拿魚壽司、筋子軍艦、烏冬、蝦餅等等最重要當然唔少得我既至愛帆立貝刺身啦！擠少少檸檬汁喺上面更加正更能突顯佢既肉質鮮美仲十分清新可口添
