To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚7:30已肚餓，因為有事要做，晚上8:45到，諗住大排擋，菜應該五至十分鐘到掛叫了咸魚煎蓮藕餅，沙茶牛肉炒芥蘭等到9:00，旁邊枱遲過我到的都唻左二餸仲要餓住肚望住隔離食😑追單個時阿姐話2分鐘個蓮藕餅會出，Ok,咪等囉。結果，9:05唻得碟牛肉芥蘭..芥蘭同牛無一齊炒過，菜無調味，就似白烚芥蘭放上下午茶個種沙爺牛🙄等到9:15蓮藕餅都唔唻，直接取消算數，費時失望多次9:20碟蓮藕餅終於出唻（整成半個鐘😪）
