To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時都唔會係openrice留言既。今次真係忍唔住。今日天氣超熱。係openrice 見到呢間諗住試下lunch.一去度要等陣唔緊要。入到去成個焗爐咁。佢地話冷氣機壞左部。心諗唔係ma 冇冷氣。都算啦。我自已就食腩汁。完全係豉油味。唔係腩汁味。之後朋友叫左個粗面。d 面硬到未煮熟咁。d 魚蛋又腥wo.d 白蘿蔔硬既。有冇搞錯呀。之後食到勁熱就問下可唔可以開風扇啦。開完冇耐差唔多食完佢地先開返個冷氣，係冇問題囉，諗住坐多陣，佢地係咁收野，真係差到一個點。我都唔明d 人點會話好食架。
